I was never one of those people who always wanted to have my own salon.... However, when I saw this building, I knew I could create an atmosphere where guests felt comfortable. I envisioned a place where everyone receives the most personalized experience possible, right down to the head and neck massage. A place where every Stylist takes the time to explain the tools, products and techniques, so that the guests will look good even when not in our chair. I wanted a salon where guests didn't feel the need to get dressed up to come get their hair done. When I hear clients say how much they absolutely adore the salon and LOVE the "feel" of it, it makes me realize how important personal attention really is and how easy it is to overlook. The Systems that Paul Mitchell has shown me has made my salon what it is today...It's all about delivering the BEST experience possible to every single client, every single visit. We concentrate on making that our #1 priority and year after year we continue to exceed our clients expectations. Without their loyalty to The Chaos Team, we fully recognize that we wouldn't be here! I opened this salon to make people feel good about themselves. (Guests & Staff) and to give people a salon they can call home.
